Native can use more then just ntdll
it seems that Native apps that load after Win32 Subsystem can have a much wider range of dll's to use then a Native app that run from boot time...which previously meant only ntdll, but this is again not the case u can use any dll that solely imports from ntdll at boottime. ie csrsrv.dll,basesrv.dll, and any other that meets those specs.

Native Application load before Win32 subsystem.
And it makes to avoid UAC. :)

But, almost of Windows features(API) can make by native api (ntdll's)
