Blizzard might have problems | I wonder if Blizzard might be the one who ultimately runs into trouble with their own piece of software. Various states and governments are passing laws controlling and/or restricting spyware. What would happen if this Warden Client is determined to be an illegal piece of spyware by state, municipality, or by another country or the EU? Would Blizzard re-think this spyware strategy, or would they simply cancel/block all accounts in that area, and cease selling games there? A lot of places are passing anti-spyware laws, so this could create a kind of patchwork system that Blizz might end up running afoul of.

Re: Blizzard might have problems | | I checked the privacy policy of Blizzard and their violating their own rulez of hacking and usage of spyware, this means they can be dragged to court for this matter and eventually even get kicked outta business for this :s
